Whether you’ve been working out for decades and just need a shake-up, or have never stepped foot in a gym, personal training gives you instruction and accountability that working out alone cannot provide.

I’ve worked with clients ranging from professional athletes to 80+ year olds looking to increase balance and flexibility. One style does not fit all when it comes to an exercise plan. Let’s discuss what you need to reach your goals.

Nutrition

There may be no more over-whelming subject than diet and nutrition. However, there is no more important subject when it comes to your overall health.

My approach to nutrition is first to listen. I want to know your goals, your current habits, likes, dislikes, what you see as your challenges, etc... Then, lets discuss what is working and what needs to change. And most importantly, let me explain the why behind those changes and be there to help you through the process.

I offer a variety of nutrition services including: consultations, meal planning, grocery store tours, home visits and more.

Wellness Coaching

Wellness coaching is simply me helping you “put it all together.” Maybe you just left your doctor with a prescription to lose 25lbs. How do you do that? And why? Maybe your daughter is getting married in 6 months and you really want to lose the 20 pounds you’ve slowly gained since giving birth to her 25 years ago. Or, maybe you want to run a half marathon next year and you’ve never run more than 3 miles.

Wellness coaching lets me help you decide what exercise and nutrition components make sense, given your goals. Then, I’ll help you formulate a plan and provide you with instruction and accountability along the way.

This service simply takes the form of a meeting (or multiple meetings). There is no pressure to personally train with me, purchase meal plans from me, etc.… The goal of wellness coaching is to help you navigate, understand and execute the best plan for you.
